Why Duck Is Healthier Than Other Meat
Duck is a healthy and nutritious alternative to other meats, because the fat is almost all in the skin, not in the meat, giving cooks the option of limiting the fat without sacrificing much flavor. Duck fat is also low in saturated fats. New research is revealing that duck fat has similar properties to olive oil! A three-ounce serving of skinless White Pekin duck, a breed of duck (not the Peking Duck), contains only 2 grams fat and 0.5 grams of saturated fat.
Duck contains fewer calories than many cuts of beef. It has comparable amounts of calories to chicken and turkey, underscoring why duck is a great choice for consumers focused on weight loss and weight management.
Duck contains more iron per serving than many other meats, including chicken, turkey, Cornish game hen and many cuts of beef. Iron serves as an essential part of the body’s blood, helps in brain development and supports a healthy immune system.

Tsuen Wan Pavilion Reach Out to Orchard Road
Tsuen Wan Pavilion participated in the Youth Mascot Parade 2009 held at Takashimaya, Civic Plaza on 27 Jun 2009. More than 300 packets of roast samples were grabbed by the participants and the public within a short period of time. These samples were distributed at the Kang Tao booth from 7pm.
The response was overwhelming, and some of them came back for a second serving, and we were glad that the feedback we got were good. Many of them asked where is the address that sell this roast. We thank Kang Tao for the great opportunity to put our first foot on Orchard Road.
Look out for Kang Tao magazine distributing around MRT stations, and you can find our voucher in it.

Photo Shoot Behind The Scene Report Day 1
Finally this day has arrived, and we managed to bring the whole studio outdoor to our site for photo shoot. We are so excited to see how the end product will look like. Camera, lights, backdrop, reflector, supporters, and many curious onlookers were gathered at our stall around 3pm.
The set was installed in 5 mins and the camera started snap snap snap. We knew it would take us many shots to get a satisfied picture, so we chose to place the set in a corner where we will not disrupt our usual business. It took the photographer at least 10 to 20 shots and many different angles to get his satisfied shot. He is really a pro, I must say.
Because there are many products for the shoot, we could not finish the shoot in one day and we have to arrange for a next shoot which is tomorrow Thurs 14 May 2009.
